FRAGMENT 03 is the third of three pieces in the FRAGMENTS Collection – an exploration of how reclaimed material can be broken down and rebuilt into something new.
Built from reclaimed rimu, walnut, and ash, each timber strip is cut, sanded, bevelled and arrange by hand. Unlike the other two pieces, this one takes a triangular shape – the pattern following the angles of the frame itself, more contained, more geometric. The result sits between raw and refined: reclaimed wood grain and imperfection, arranged with contemporary precision.
