Sure! You can definitely choose your own colours and size. Just provide us with the colour palette and the dimensions you have in mind.

Custom designs usually take between three to four weeks from the time the order is placed, depending on demand throughout the year.

We are committed to saving items from landfill and giving them new life. We always strive to reclaim as much timber as possible, whether it's from recycling stores, leftover from local joineries, or repurposed furniture. Occasionally, we may use new timber if a specific variety is requested, however we always encourage giving existing materials a second life.

We do not recommend installing your artwork outside, as exposure to the elements and moisture might damage it.
Shipping / Returns & refunds

Absolutely! We encourage our customers to pick up their orders in person. We are located in Luggate, a short drive from Wānaka, and would love to meet you!

Yes, we ship throughout New Zealand*. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Please note that certain fragile pieces like mirrors may not be available for shipping. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
*Due to courier policy, we do not currently ship to the Hauraki Gulf Islands (such as Waiheke Island), Stewart Island or Chatham Island. -
We process and dispatch orders within 2 to 3 days. For shipping, we use either Pass the Parcel or NZ Post, depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, it generally takes 3 to 5 working days to reach you.
Please note that any delays caused by the courier service are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them.

To secure your order, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due only after you have seen and approved the finished artwork. We accept payment via bank transfer and Afterpay.

We do not offer returns or refunds for our designs. However, ensuring our customers' satisfaction is our foremost goal. If you are unhappy with your artwork, please contact us so that we can work together to find a suitable solution.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the artwork is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and find the best solution.
